How do I sign up for the Luxe Facial Membership?
Joining is easy! Sign up in person at either Jett Beauty location or call our team to enroll. We’ll answer any questions and help you choose the membership that’s right for you.
What do I need to sign up?
To enroll, you’ll need a valid credit card, phone number, and email address to set up your monthly membership.
What are the benefits of a Luxe Facial Membership?
Members enjoy one customized facial treatment each month, exclusive discounts on skincare products and services, and complimentary treatment add-ons valued at up to $75. Regular monthly facials help maintain healthy, glowing skin while providing exceptional savings throughout the year.
Do unused facial treatments roll over?
No. Monthly facial treatments must be redeemed during the month they are issued and do not roll over to future months. Membership benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.
What is your cancellation policy for appointments?
If you need to reschedule or cancel your facial appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be considered redeemed and are not eligible for a refund.
How is my membership billed?
Memberships are billed automatically each month using the credit card on file. If a payment cannot be processed, your membership may be suspended until payment is received. Late payments may be subject to a $50 late fee. All membership fees are non-refundable.
Is there a minimum membership commitment?
Yes. The Luxe Facial Membership requires a minimum three-month commitment. After the initial term, your membership will automatically renew on the first of each month until canceled.
How do I cancel my membership?
You may cancel your membership after the initial three-month commitment by providing at least 30 days’ written notice. Upon cancellation, all membership benefits—including unused facial treatments, member discounts, and complimentary add-ons—will expire.
Can Jett Beauty modify or terminate my membership?
Jett Beauty reserves the right to update the Luxe Facial Membership terms and conditions with prior written notice. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships at our discretion.
